Target group:
  • people of pre-retirement age;
  • ethnical minorities,
  • women (improving their position in the labour market and promoting principles of equality);
  • long- term unemployed.
Objectives:

To develop target groups social exclusion tools in vocational guidance, socialization and information technologies areas in the new social partnership - adaptive development platform form, increasing employability possibilities in labour market and integrating methods proved out in policy and practice.

Goals:

  1. Conduct a research on the needs of target groups facing discrimination and inequality in the labour market and make an impact on equality and accessibility policy in the Development Partnership institutions and in society;
  2. to create an adaptable learning and teaching platform through testing and adapting innovative means for employment;
  3. disseminate best practice and results examples of the project in Lithuania and EU.

Innovation:

First principle of forming Development Partnership EQUAL HIGHWAY - and developing activities reflect innovative principles, which are bound up with new different decisions and perspectives, stipulate by combination of different institutions competences. In order to exceed the forms of usual work organization and co–operation initiatives are inducing in DP work, are stimulating the co-operation of new partners, new activities methodology, ideas and action. Platform has been made on base of co-operation of 2 main centres Vilnius and Klaipeda and main highway of Lithuania country between the cities.

Activities:

  • Conduct and realize a research on the needs of target groups facing discrimination and inequality in the labour market and make an impact on equality;
  • prepare and realize module of the Development Partnership staff training;
  • realization of DP cellular platform, content monitoring, distance navigation and others functions systems, creation and installation of software in ICT environment ;
  • best practice examples of transnational partnership, case studies and review of Development partnership activities documentation, DP staff and counselors exchange visits; seminars and conferences organization; virtual co-operation;
  • development, testing and adaptation of tools that would increase possibilities for target groups to enter or re-enter the labour market;
  • development of the common Development Partnership strategy plan; development and realization of the Development Partnership dissemination plans;
  • renew of DP multifuncional platform, analysis of passed resolution in spheres of social integration and employment, make an impact on institutions forming equality and accessibility policy;
  • steerage and supervision of the project.

Planned results:

  • report on the research results;
  • improved competencies of DP staff;
  • multifunctional ICT platform with a monitoring system to observe and forecast social and labour market development processes;
  • 3 demo and training modules presenting target groups e-possibilities;
  • guidelines for international cooperation and employment focused tools;
  • innovative mechanisms and tools for orientation, guidance, training, consulting and socialization of the target groups;
  • trained and consulted representatives of the target groups;
  • DP dissemination activities;
  • Recommendations for improvement of social and employment policy.
Prospective outcomes:
  • Up to 15 percent of institutions that participate in the learning partnership for the first time;
  • up to 60 percent of representatives of target groups who chose their own professional development path;
  • up to 70 percent of representatives of target groups who gained and/or improved their social competencies;
  • up to 30 percent of representatives of target groups involved in the continuous vocational training;
  • up to 2 percent of representatives of target groups who started own small business.
Prospective impact:

Employment level of representatives of target groups increased up to 40 percent.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility research, based on the Spain partners initiative;
  • Analysis of migrants integration into labour market situation in the partner’s countries, based on the Italy partners initiative;
  • Active participation in Transnational meetings, exchange visits.

TCA „Joint Innovations for Visible Equality" activities:

  • establishment (creation) of effective co-operation model;
  • creating / improving common motivate and preventive counseling methodology with TCA „JIVE “ partners (Guidance and Counseling segment);
  • Active participation in transnational meetings.

TCA „Transnational Employment Partnership: Routes to Employment“ activities:

  • Creating and improving common primary contact and training methodology with TCA „Routes to Employment“ partners (Socialization segment);
  • Best practice exchange in the spheres of art therapy methods;
  • Active participation in transnational meetings.

Planned results:

  • results of Corporate Social Responsibility research;
  • results of migrants situation analysis in the labour market;
  • quantity of participants (staff) in exchange visits
