Target group:
|
Target group – defiant, unqualified and unmotivated 16-24 years old youth from Vilnius and Alytus counties.

Objectives:
|
DP aims to develop a social partnership that will allow to improve existing public policy measures and create new ones to fight social exclusion of the problematic youth in the labour market and society in general.

Goals: |
The main goals of the DP are to develop, test, justify and adjust to the state regulations the methodology designed to facilitate social inclusion of the target group in the labour market and society in general.

Innovation: |
The innovation of the project is in its unique social partnership, which combines field-work with disadvantaged young people, the development of social and employment policy, and the expertise of the academic world. For the first time in Lithuania there is a joint effort of so many governmental and non-governmental experts to develop a comprehensive system of innovative methods and means that would create better opportunities for social integration of this very vulnerable group.

- Integrated research programme.
- Developing and testing methods of social integration of the target group.
- Educational programme on market economy and business skills development.
- Improving qualification of national partners’ staff.
- Project publicity and administration.

Planned results: |
- Publication on the methods of defiant youth social integration into labour market.
- Database containing social partnership evaluations.
- Scientific research report encompassing integrated description of methodology developed and tested during the project as well as comparative analysis of the methods applied abroad by our transnational co-operation partners.
- Educational programme adopted to the needs of our target group on market economy and business skills.
- At least 100 representatives of the target group involved in the development and application of the new integration methods.
- At least 50 representatives of the DP partner organisations improved their qualifications of working with the target group during foreseen 15 seminars (6 of which will be international).
- 24 DP partners will improve their partnership skills in 5 seminars.
- Online DP management and administration tool.
- Project publicity material and tools.

| Prospective outcomes: |
The main outcome of the project is potential use of the methodology (based on scientific researches and tested in practice). Also, it is expected that 50% of the target group will successfully integrate into the labour market and educational system. |

Activities: |
- Organising 4 thematic seminars in Lithuania, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Sweden. The main purpose behind the seminars is to discuss main successful innovations brought by our projects and prepare recommendations on their mainstreaming.
- Online news-page for the target group and their inner circle on relevant our projects’ activities development.
- Comparative international research of target groups environments in different countries based on National Action Plans (further on NAPs) to fight social exclusion.

Planned results: |
Four thematic reports on use of social partnership, non-formal and dual education and social marketing for the need of increasing social inclusion. Four published articles on the above mentioned issues released in the national press of each partner country. Recommendations on including of innovative measures to fight social exclusion of defiant youth in to the NAPs. - Online news-page for the target group and their inner circle on relevant our projects’ activities.
