Mothers who have secondary or lower education; pregnant women or women who bring up children up to 6 years, also trafficked women and homeless women who are pregnant or bring up children up to 6 years, long term unemployed women, who bring up children up to 6 years.

To increase employability of socially vulnerable mothers who bring up children from 6 Municipalities of Vilnius County.

1. To create and examinate 2 programs (personal motivation and professional orientation) for socially vulnerable women, who have children up to 6 years. That will be done using international experience
2. To get recognition of Local Authorities for prepared programs (for socially vulnerable women, who bring up children up to 6 years)
3. To create new child care system (day care centre);
4. Up to 30% of women successfully will combine job and motherhood activities

1) Research. There will be made research of the aim group which will examinate needs and discrimination reason in these fields:
a) Focus interview with employers;
b) Structural interview with representatives from aim group;
c) Case study of the aim group;
d) Representative research of societies opinion
Such research would be the first in Lithuania and will be very useful for people who are working with the aim group. We hope that the results of research will be used of Authorities who plan labour market policies.
2) Opportunities of the aim group
Representatives of aim group will be involved into creating training programs. That is new in Lithuania
3) Mobile informational groups
Mobile informational groups will visit various parts of Vilnius county and will give information about project‘s opportunities directly to aim groups
4) Training program
There will be created adapted to needs of the aim group special professional educational program. Models of such programs for the aim group will be the first in Lithuania
5) Informational company.
We propose complex of informational channels, which will be prepared according results of made research. Informational company will spread info creating positive view of working women who bring up small children. There will be used various medias and meetings with authorities and representatives from employers groups

Activities:

1. Analysis of information about aim group and creation of instruments to form aim group
2. Leaflet in three languages (Russian, polish and Lithuanian)
3. Selection of the aim group
4. Preparation of 10 adapted to aim group professional studies programs
5. Purchase of special motivational and professional orientation models
6. Information of the aim groups using mobile groups.
7. Personality motivation seminars (I) for 380 representatives of the aim groups.
8. Professional orientation seminars (II)for 380 representatives of the aim groups.
9. Program of psychological, housing and meals support of socially vulnerable women.
10. Training seminars for stuff of partners
11. Informational company
12. Book about project results.
13. International meetings.
14. Project reports.

Planned results:

1) To publish book about results of the project in Lithuania (100 pages and 500 books).
2) Implementation of project model in 6 Municipalities
3) Made research of situation of aim group women
4) Not less then 100 psychological consultation per phone or alive
5) Not less then 100 social consultation of vulnerable women
6) 380 women will get certificates of participation in 16 hours professional orientation and motivation seminar
7) 100 women will get diplomas of 13 weeks professional education
8) Created 8 adapted for the aim group professional programs
9) Created methodological program of professional orientation and motivation for lectors
10) Created program for individual consultations
11) Implemented training of professional form Vilnius county
12) Various services provided at partners accommodations
13) Provided housing of vulnerable women and occupation of their children
14) Trafficked women will get housing and support at Missing people Families support centre
15) 100 women from the aim group will get professional qualification
16) 100 women from the aim group will get professional diploma
17) 380 women will get certificates on participation in professional orientation and motivation seminar
18) Experience will be shared:
a) At three „round table" meetings, where will participate clerks and politics from local Municipalities
b) Reports of „round table „ discussion will be published at web page.
c) Project book will be sent to all Municipalities
19) Exchange of experience with international partners:
a) Made one international seminar in Lithuania
b) Participation at international meeting in partner countries
c) At least two products of international activities will be published at our web page in Lithuanian and English
20) Such results of informational company:
a) Participation in two TV programs.
b) Not less then 5 articles in local and national newspapers.
c) Participation in not less then 3 radio programs.
21) Leaflet in three languages (Lithuania, polish and Russian) 3000 peaces.
22) At least three announcements in local newspapers in Russian and polish languages
23) The work will be continued after implementation of the program
24) Implemented 3 seminars for stuff of Lithuanian partners
25) Organised 4 strategic meetings of local partners

9. Socially vulnerable women will use opportunities of the project
10. There will be positive changes in societies view toward combination of motherhood and participation in labour market

1. Municipalities, Local Jobcentres and other institution will implement created innovative working models
2. There will be interest to work in field of employment of socially vulnerable women from other Municipalities who hasn‘t participated in this Equal project.
3. Potential employers will evaluate and will use created model as useful for development of their human resources.
